Please read these prize draw terms and conditions carefully, since they apply to the prize draw that you enter when you submit an entry on this page.

You will be legally bound by these terms from the time your entry is submitted during the competition time period (17:30 on Monday 15th December to 12:00 on 11:59 Saturday 28th February 2026). Late, invalid, duplicate or incomplete entries will not be considered, and we accept no responsibility for lost entries.

The promoter is Warranty Solutions Group Ltd (Warranty Solutions Group, WSG, “we”, “our”) and we reserve the right to extend the competition time period where it is necessary in certain unavoidable circumstances beyond our control and where not doing so would be unfair to those who attempted to participate within the original competition time period or would not disadvantage those who did participate.

The prize draw is open to residents aged 18 or over who reside in Great Britain, the Channel Islands or Isle of Man, except our employees, agents or other individuals professionally connected with the competition.

The prize is a two-night coastal break for two people at the 4-Star Sandbanks Hotel, worth approximately £400. The prize includes accommodation in a double or twin room for two consecutive nights, with daily breakfast and access to the hotel’s leisure facilities (pool, sauna, steam room, and gym). Travel, additional meals, and any other expenses are not included.

The winner will be notified by us via email and announces on our official social media pages only. Please ensure that your privacy settings allow us to contact you. If your privacy settings mean we are unable to make contact through this method, we will contact via phone number provided and/or if you do not respond to these attempts or you fail to acknowledge the winner notification within 14 days, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another randomly selected entrant who shall then be the alternative winner.

We reserve the right to substitute a reasonably equivalent alternative prize, of equal or greater value, should circumstances make this necessary.

Our decision as to eligibility to take part in the prize draw or the result of the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. We accept no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost, damaged or unreadable, whether due to failure or non-availability of the website, the submission of incomplete information or any other reason.

We reserve the right to delay, postpone or cancel the prize draw in the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control which make it necessary for us to do so.
