Terms and Conditions

Please read these prize draw terms and conditions carefully, since they apply to the prize draw that you enter when you submit an entry on this page.

You will be legally bound by these terms from the time your entry is submitted during the competition time period (10:00 on Friday 20th March to 12:00 on Thursday 30th April 2026). Late, invalid, duplicate or incomplete entries will not be considered, and we accept no responsibility for lost entries.

The promoter is Warranty Solutions Group Ltd (Warranty Solutions Group, WSG, “we”, “our”) and we reserve the right to extend the competition time period where it is necessary in certain unavoidable circumstances beyond our control and where not doing so would be unfair to those who attempted to participate within the original competition time period or would not disadvantage those who did participate.

If we choose to extend the competition time period, notice will be given on www.warrantysolutionsgroup.co.uk (‘the website’) which is owned and operated by us.

The prize draw is open to residents aged 18 or over who reside in Great Britain, the Channel Islands or Isle of Man, except our employees, agents or other individuals professionally connected with the competition.

To enter the competition, you must:

• Complete the survey and submit at the end, providing contact information for delivery of prize, should you win.

The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. By taking part, you agree to us issuing a public post on our page stating the competition winner’s name.

Multiple entries from multiple accounts are not permitted. We reserve the right to disregard any entries in these circumstances.

One winner will be drawn and announced at the end of the competition period, using automated software from all eligible entries.

The prize is a Mercedes AMG F1 W14 E Performance LEGO® Technic set worth £190! (subject to availability).

The winner will be notified by us via email and announces on our official social media pages only. Please ensure that your privacy settings allow us to contact you. If your privacy settings mean we are unable to make contact through this method, we will contact via phone number provided and/or if you do not respond to these attempts or you fail to acknowledge the winner notification within 14 days, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another randomly selected entrant who shall then be the alternative winner.

We reserve the right to substitute a reasonably equivalent alternative prize, of equal or greater value, should circumstances make this necessary.

Our decision as to eligibility to take part in the prize draw or the result of the prize draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. We accept no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost, damaged or unreadable, whether due to failure or non-availability of the website, the submission of incomplete information or any other reason.

We reserve the right to delay, postpone or cancel the prize draw in the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control which make it necessary for us to do so.

By entering, you consent to your personal data being processed by us for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw including the winner. Your personal data will not be shared with any third party.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw. This includes providing a photograph of themselves with the prize, which Warranty Solutions Group Ltd may use for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content and other digital channels.

The winner grants Warranty Solutions Group Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce and publish such content for these purposes.

If the winner does not wish to participate in publicity, Warranty Solutions Group Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

We reserve the right to clarify these terms, in the event of any possible ambiguity or misinterpretation, and in such circumstances, notice will be made on the website.

The prize draw and these terms are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
