We’re growing rapidly and are now looking for a wonderful Claims Administrator to support our Claims Assessors. Based at our Aylesbury office, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to really shine as you grow and build your career – in a company where you’ll be truly valued and appreciated.
The role
Reporting directly to our Claims Manager, you’ll be responsible for assisting customers with warranty claims and making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll often be the first voice our customers hear, so a helpful and empathetic attitude is a must!

Job description
Here’s what’s involved:
- Responding to customers by telephone and email, and requesting further information to process claims
- Signposting customers to information, providing guidance and resolving queries
- Updating customer information on our internal database
- Updating repairer and recovery invoices on our internal database, and dealing with invoicing queries
- Liaising with customers, dealers and repairers as needed
- Managing the claims email inbox through Outlook
- Answering the overflow calls and taking messages
- Maintaining GDPR principles
What you’ll need
- Experience in a service-orientated business
- Excellent listening, communication and relationship management skills
- An outgoing, honest, and proactive attitude
- Experience in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to take direction and constructive criticism
- A good sense of humour
